The Prince’s Trust and Building Futures East are offering a free four week training course at Building Futures East Walker and Balfour Beatty for Newcastle residents, which gives you work experience in construction.

If you are 19-25, unemployed and interested in a career in construction join our free training programme today.

Two day selection event takes place on the 9th and 10th February 2012 at Building Futures East, Low Yard, White Street, Walker, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE6 3PJ

The programme will run from 27th February 2012 to 23rd March 2012

Building Futures East is offering NCFE Level 1 Award in Job Search and Interview Skills.

The course will be delivered over 2 weeks attendance required on a Tuesday and Wednesday

Induction: 24^th January 2012

Start date: 31^st January 2012  

End date: 22nd February 2012

After the success of cohorts 1 and 2 Building Futures East is offering further opportunities in the field of Electric Vehicle Awareness.

The taster day for both cohort 3 and 4 will be at on the 10th January between 9.30am – 12.30pm at Building Futures East

Cohort 3 will start on Monday 16th January 2012 and end Tuesday 21st February 2012 (attendance required Monday and Tuesday for 6 weeks)

Cohort 4 will start on Wednesday 25th January 2012 and end Thursday 1st March 2012 (attendance required Wednesday and Thursday for 6 weeks)

To be eligible for the above course you must be 19+, a Newcastle resident and in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance
